3. Booking Requests Are Not Confirmed Appointments

Please note that submitting a quote request, selecting options, or requesting an appointment slot via our forms does NOT create a confirmed cleaning appointment.

All service requests are subject to review. We manually check availability, service areas, and details. A representative from SOLUTION HOME CLEAN (Elaine or Olof) will contact you directly via phone, text, or email to verify pricing, confirm schedule availability, and finalize booking details. Your cleaning appointment is only officially scheduled once you receive explicit manual confirmation from us.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Any pricing estimate generated by our online calculator is for informational and planning purposes only and is not a binding financial contract.

Final pricing may change based on the actual condition of your home, accurate square footage, additional requested cleaning items (add-ons), specific access instructions, presence of excessive dirt or pets, or other factors not fully represented in the online submission. SOLUTION HOME CLEAN reserves the right to adjust final service pricing upon visual inspection of the property before beginning work.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and quality cleaning services, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details, service address, and home details in the quote and booking forms.
• Secure or remove valuable items, fragile collectibles, jewelry, currency, and highly private or sensitive materials prior to the arrival of the cleaning team.
• Ensure clear entry access (such as gate codes, keys, or entry instructions) is arranged in advance.
• Provide a safe working environment, including electricity, running water, and adequate lighting/air circulation.
• Ensure pets are secured or kept in areas that do not interfere with the cleaning staff's safety.

6. Service Limitations & Cancellations

SOLUTION HOME CLEAN reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel a requested service for reasonable business reasons. These include, but are not limited to:

• Unsafe or hazardous conditions (such as structural damage, biohazards, mold, or threat of pest infestation).
• Inaccurate or incomplete home descriptions in the booking request.
• Address locations outside our supported Bay Area ZIP codes.
• Lack of access to the property at the scheduled arrival time.
• Uncontrollable schedule conflicts or staff unavailability.
